Academic and Attendance Requirements

Attendees to the Foundations of Clinical Research Course are expected to maintain minimum academic and attendance requirements in order to graduate and receive the Certificate of Completion. These requirements are: 

1) Attendance Requirement:
All course attendees must attend at least 75% of lectures in order to be eligible to receive the course certificate.
2) Continuous Assessment:
After each lecture, students will have to answer a quiz to test their knowledge and understanding of each lecture’s concepts. Students must complete ALL quizzes, and obtain at least 75% correct answers in each quiz to be awarded the certificate. 
3) Course Project:
Students will be given a writing project to complete and present by the end of the course. Students must satisfactorily complete the project to be awarded the certificate. More details to follow registration.
4) Final Exam:
A final open-book online exam will be delivered at the end of the course in the form of clinical research scenarios in which the tools learned during the course should be utilized to approach the answers. All students must receive a passing score of 75% in the final exam to be awarded the certificate. 

Certification:

Each course attendee will receive a Certificate of Completion, by email, from The Epidemiologist. 

Bonus for Top Graduates: 

The top 10% of the course attendees will be offered additional 2 hours of FREE private consultation with the course instructor. Valid for 4 weeks from the course end date.
